Marketing Director - Klamath Falls, Oregon

Experienced Full-time Marketing Director needed for busy technical services company in Klamath Falls. You must be a self-starter, motivated and outgoing individual, with excellent typing, email and interpersonal skills. An exceptional eye for detail and drive for success is important! Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook), marketing via social networking venues, database entry and management. Salary DOE. Medical benefits (after 90 day probationary period), vacation, and major holidays off. Some evening and weekend work required. Occasional travel within Southern and Central Oregon.

Responsibilities:

  • Finding and presenting leads
  • Opening new market segments and increasing company’s market share
  • Establish and maintain contacts with new prospects and act as principle contact for selected clients
  • Coordinate team efforts to prepare proposals, submittals and pursue contract opportunities
  • Develop and expand in-house marketing database and targeted mailing lists
  • Develop and implement direct/email marketing campaigns
  • Supervise ad/promotional collateral creation, printing and distribution
  • In-person and computer-based marketing with existing clients
  • Develop inroads and targeted opportunities with multi-state/federal government agencies

Experience:

  • Five years’ experience in business development and sales/marketing with a professional services company
  • Experience in strategic planning, public relations, market research, direct & email campaigns, press releases
  • Company newsletter production
  • Understanding and implementation of government agency RFP process, proposal submissions and required documentation
  • Associates Degree in marketing related field or equivalent experience is required

  • License:

  • Software:
    • Experience with at least one commercially available structural analysis software such as RISA, STAAD, ANSIS or SAAP is required.
    • Knowledge of the some of the following Software is a plus:

Branch Manager/Structural Engineer - Medford, Oregon

Manager will be responsible for all operations of an independent office with team support from the home office as needed. Of course structural engineering, calculations, detailing, and client interaction are an emphasis of this position, but overall operations of this office will be paramount.
